Standard Terms and Conditions

Complementary services provided from Desert Bride© by Steven Wayne Photography© must be rendered within 90 days of gown purchase date. Certificates are not transferrable, and not redeemable for cash or trade value with either business entity. Purchase receipt and promotional certificate must be presented at time of consultation session. Sessions are by appointment only; please contact Steven Wayne Photography© direct at 760.466.7598 or at stevenwaynephotography.com to set up your appointment.

Complementary engagement sessions includes photographs taken at a location within a 35 mile radius of Palm Desert, California. Additional charges may apply for locations outside these limits. Additional distance charges will be negotiated between client and Steven Wayne Photography©. All clients rendering service by Steven Wayne Photography© are required to review and sign a standard photography release form for copyright usage and terms. All images are copyrighted to Steven Wayne Photography©.

Clients acknowledge Desert Bride© holds no responsibility for any and all services preformed by Steven Wayne Photography©.

Engagement session includes the following:

• A casual, fun and romantic Engagement Session
• Creative photos by a professional Husband & wife photography team
• Multiple locations, poses, and clothing changes if desired *
• Your favorite location up to a 35 mile radius from palm desert, CA (out of town locations available, additional charges may apply *)
• Slide show of photographers favorite photos displayed on our website for you to view and share with family & friends
• All images are hand edited and placed on our online gallery for you to view, order and share with friends & family

Brides receiving the complementary session who book Steven Wayne Photography© for their wedding will also receive a complementary gift.
